Why Retail and Services Management?

SMU launched the Retail and Services Management track in August 2017, with the objective of grooming young retail and services management talent in Singapore.

RSM is offered as a track under the Marketing major.

The LKCSB Marketing Major with Retail and Services Management Track

The Retail and Services Management track (RSM) is offered as a specialisation to SMU undergraduates who have opted for Marketing as a major. Covering subjects such as retail management, retail strategy, digital marketing, services marketing. This track equips you with management skills embracing all the key disciplines of retail strategy and management, services marketing, operations management, human resources, business negotiations and analytics as applied to the strategy and operations of retail and service business. The track will also enable you to participate in retail industry internships while undertaking various research and retail marketing projects with Retail Centre of Excellence’s key retail founding members.
