Ms Vanessa Teo
Vice President Global Learning and Talent Development, DFS
Vanessa Teo has over 15 years in the retail industry in a variety of roles in Merchandising and Human Resources. She started her career with one of the largest retailers in the US- Target Corporation, where she led global teams in Merchandising and Human Resources. She now leads the Global Learning and Talent Development division at DFS (which is part of the LVMH Group), the world's premier luxury travel retailer.
Vanessa is passionate about bringing out the highest potential in individuals, and helping organisations make human capital a competitive advantage.
Mr Anthony Seow
Managing Director and Head, Cards & Unsecured Loans, Consumer Banking Group, Singapore, DBS Bank
Anthony Seow joined DBS in June 2013 and is currently Managing Director and Head of Cards & Unsecured Loans, Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. Anthony has direct responsibilities to grow the cards and unsecured lending businesses under the Singapore consumer banking franchise.
Prior to his current position, Anthony was Regional Director for Affluent Products covering the Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East & Africa regions at VISA. He was responsible for growing the consumer affluent products business and worked with financial institutions to develop their affluent cards portfolios.
Anthony has over 20 years of consumer financial and payments experience, and has worked in other leading financial services institutions.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from York University (Canada).
Mr Maxime Chabaud
Chief Operating Officer, Decathlon
Graduated from UDA (Universited'Auvergne, France) with a master's degree in business, Maxime Chabaudstarted his DECATHLON journey 9 years ago, working in a store as Department manager. He worked during 4 years on the shop floor including 2 years as a Store Director in France. Then he joined DECATHLON HQ in France and worked during 3 years as a category manager for European Golf market.
He moved to Singapore 2 years ago as a pioneer in the region, as Supply Chain Director for DECATHLON SouthEast Asia. During these 2 years, he created a local Merchandising and Supply Chain business unit that chose, forecasted and supplied the range of products for the Southeast Asian Decathlon Stores. His SEA tenure in Decathlon saw the opening of nearly 20 outlets across 6 countries in SEA.
Mr Kenneth Aruldoss
Managing Director (Asia), Harvey Norman
Kenneth Aruldoss has over 30 years of retail experience, ranging from sales, management to marketing and business ownership. The wide spectrum gives him a unique perspective to drive organizational success.
He was with Braschs and Vodafone Australia during the early days of his career, follow by Domayne and Harvey Norman Australia subsequently. He was asked to head Harvey Norman Asia from June 2014.
Kenneth's personal motto is to get the best of people by fostering their intrinsic motivation and connecting their work to a shared purpose. He believes that individuals should be empowered to take responsibility for their results and supported with the resources to achieve them.
Ms Leonie Hoskin
Regional Sales Director, IKEA
As the Head of Sales for IKEA Southeast Asia, Leonie Hoskin sits in creative and leads the sales team to grow and develop the business at IKEA by reaching to many people. Together they have the task to secure the IKEA identity and bring the IKEA concept alive through the implementation of democratic design. Joining IKEA in 1985, she has 32 years of practical IKEA experience, working with range, design and home furnishing.
Ms Anne Lepissier
Consumer and Devices General Manager, Microsoft South East Asia
Anne Lepissier is a Consumer Electronics expert and sales veteran, having spent 20 years at various consumer electronics giants including LG, Canon and Microsoft, working on computing, gaming, photography products and services.
Anne joined Microsoft in 2013 as the UK Sales Director to lead the sales team that established Xbox as the No.1 gaming ecosystem in the UK before joining the Microsoft APAC Consumer Channel Group as the APAC Retail Sales and Marketing General Manager in 2016. Anne now seeks to transform and grow the business through partnerships across the 16 territories in the SEA region. As a mother and as a leader of South-East Asia, Anne is passionate to bring Microsoft mission to life: Empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more.
Mr Peter Lee Hwai Kiat
Group Chief Financial Officer, Popular Holdings Limited
Mr Peter Lee was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Popular Holdings Limited on 6 June 2017, before being re-designated to Group CFO in July 2018. Mr Peter looks after corporate finance and control, human resources and overall business operations in Singapore region. Mr Lee is a qualified accountant and graduated with an MBA from Manchester Business School in 2006. He was Executive Director & Group CFO at OSIM International Ltd for 16 years, Group Financial Controller at Golden Village Multiplex for 7 years and was with a big 4 accounting firm for 5 years. He was Chairman of Edusave Advisory Council ( Ministry of Education ) and was a member of the Board of Governors of Temasek Polytechnic.
Ms Wong Wei Ling
Vice President, Asia Pacific, Tiffany & Co
Wei Ling Wong joins Tiffany & Co. in the capacity as Vice President Asia Pacific, effective April 2018. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and developing Tiffany's combined retail and trade businesses in South East Asia, Australia & New Zealand as well as emerging new markets in the region.
Prior to joining Tiffany & Co, Wei Ling was General Manager of South East Asia and India at Christian Dior Couture. And prior to Dior, Wei Ling was at Bulgari for 17 years, where she held roles of increasing responsibility throughout Asia, including business and retail development in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines, Taiwan and Australia.
She brings a passion for bespoke clienteling experiences as well as an elevated service excellence with her deep knowledge of luxury marketing in the region.
Mr Chris Boncimino
Senior Vice President, Head of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships, Asia Pacific Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited
Chris Boncimino leads Visa’s Innovation & Strategic Partnerships group in Asia Pacific. His team is responsible for Visa’s innovation strategy across the region. This includes operating Visa’s Singapore Innovation Centre and working with banks, merchants and technology companies to create new commerce experiences.
Chris joined Visa in 2013. Before being appointed to his current role, Chris was responsible for bringing new Visa solutions to market, including ecommerce solution Visa Checkout and Visa Token Service, technology that makes payments possible on mobile and connected devices.
Prior to Visa, Chris ran Product Strategy and Solution Management at PayPal. In this role, Chris helped visualise and orchestrate PayPal’s product pivot from online to offline.
